Error when activating license key

Issue

When activating the license key, the following error displays:

Receive the Error Message cURL error 7: (http_request_failed)

Possible cause

This happens when the request is blocked by some firewall or restriction of your server.

Solution

Contact your hosting company and ask them the following:

• Whitelist the following URLs:
  • http://my.elementor.com/
  • http://elementor.com/ 
• Enable CURL on the server.
